Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Keylix. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or email (magic link). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Keylix for any unlawful purpose.
• Store or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all loyalty card data, photos, and other content you store in Keylix. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

When you share cards within a group, other group members can view the shared card details.

5. AI-Powered Features

Keylix uses AI-powered image recognition to help identify loyalty card details from photos. This feature sends card photos to third-party AI services for processing. AI recognition results may not always be accurate — please verify the recognized information before saving.

6. Intellectual Property

The Keylix application, its design, code, logos, and branding are the property of Setikom SIA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Keylix available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data — including cards, photos, location history, and group memberships — will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Setikom SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Keylix. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Keylix is a loyalty card storage tool. We are not responsible for the validity, terms, or conditions of any loyalty programs whose cards you store in the app.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Keylixis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Privacy

Your use of Keylix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Keylix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
